. Breakfast shall be served in Brasserie Louis for all room reservation from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m . Breakfast taken outside designated breakfast timings will be charged separately . Breakfast ordered through Room Service shall be paid by the guest upon departure . Breakfast for kids below 12 years old sharing bed with parent or on extra-bed will be 50% charge . Guests will not be refunded for any unconsumed meals .

The Hotel shall receive , in writing to phnompenh.reservations@rosewoodhotels.com , an estimated arrival and departure time . Hotel check-in time is 2 p.m. Early arrival shall be subject to Hotel availability. In order to guarantee early check-in, we recommend the Guest to state the approximate arrival time on the reservations form. A full night's preferred rate per room will be charged for a guaranteed early check-in. . Hotel check-out time is at 12 p.m. late check-out may be arranged by the Hotel. Depending on the availability of rooms at the time of departure, an additional charge may be applied and paid directly by the Guest.
