Esther ( Thin Thin Aye ) Founder Esther, who is from Myanmar, is the founder of Asia Expeditions Group, a destination management company with its head office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and a branch office in Yangon, Myanmar. Esther graduated from Yangon University in the late 1990s. Though her family resides in Myaungmya – in the Irrawaddy Delta, she spent the first five years of her working life in Yangon working for a travel company, before moving to Cambodia in 1999. She first worked for a marketing agency in Cambodia, as a Brand Manager, and at that time she spent a lot of time traveling to Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. Having developed a passion for traveling, she decided to see if she could combine this passion with her work, and this dream became a reality in 2006 when she set-up Asia Expeditions in Phnom Penh. She works very hard, and it is that which has helped Asia Expeditions grow steadily since then. Esther is the proud mother of two lovely daughters, Julie and Grace.
Win Zaw - Co-founder / Managing Director Win Zaw also studied at Yangon University, graduating in 1998, and has now had 18 years experience in the travel industry. Having worked at a leading travel company in Myanmar for seven years, in 2002 he moved to Cambodia where he met Esther, and together they formed Asia Expeditions in 2006. Win Zaw has a passion for traveling, particularly around the Indochina and Southeast Asia region, and in his spare time like to spend time with family.

Win Zaw - Managing Director
Win Zaw studied at Yangon University, graduating in 1998, and has had 18 years of experience in the travel industry. Having worked at a leading travel company in Myanmar for seven years, he moved to Cambodia in 2002 where he met Esther, and together they formed Asia Expeditions in 2006. Win Zaw has a passion for traveling, particularly around the Indochina and Southeast Asia region, and in his spare time like to spend time with family.
Esther Aye - Founder / Owner
The Founder, Esther, who is from Myanmar, is the founder of Asia Expeditions Group, a destination management company with its head office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and a branch office in Yangon, Myanmar. Esther graduated from Yangon University in the late 1990s. Jasmine - Project Manager
Jasmine graduated from University of Yangon in Science. Prior to join Asia Expeditions, she has been in teaching at private school. She enjoys traveling new places and taking challenges, and she joined Asia Expeditions as travel consultant. With her quick learning aptitudes, Jasmine has been adjusted the difficulties in the travel industry and she is currently taking care of both sales and reservations.
Phyo - Travel Consultant
Early in 2024, Paye Phyo Zin began working with Asia Expeditions as a travel consultant. Before this, Phyo worked as a back-office staff to help Myanmar Tourism Marketing in the tourism business back in Myanmar. She now manages customer service, makes reservations with all of our suppliers, and makes sure that everything is set up before the visitor arrives thanks to her expertise in tourism. Phyo is currently enjoying her time in Cambodia by meeting with clients and sharing her experiences
Phyu - System Manager
Phyu, a computer science major in her final year at University of Computer studies Maubin, is a resident of Myanmar's Irrawaddy Delta. In 2021, following the coup in Myanmar, Phyu begins looking for work in order to break free from the impasse. Her position as a system manager at Asia Expeditions, where she has been residing in Phnom Penh for more than a year, is truly fortunate. In addition to her regular duties supporting the back office staff, she likes to travel around.
Kshitij Srinivasan - Project Director
Kshitij has extensive experience in the travel industry and is a driven business executive. At a specialised firm in Gurugram, India, he collaborated closely with a group of exceptionally talented, imaginative, and perceptive individuals. Before reaching Cambodia in 2024, he begins his domestic travels in India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Malaysia, China, Laos, and Vietnam. Even while he relished the vistas of the magnificent ocean at Langkawi, the lush countryside of northern Vietnam, and the old temples of Siem Reap, he feels that it was the people in this area that truly made the trip remarkable. He begins to look forward to his stay at Asia Expeditions.
Poeung Sou Eng - Travel Consultant
While working in sales and customer service for a family-run firm, Sou Eng pursued her studies in business and administration at Panhasatra University. She immediately enters the hospitality sector after graduation, working as a customer service representative in the Plaza Premium Lounge at Phnom Penh International Airport. Sou Eng picks things up quickly and learns a lot from working with seniors. Sou Eng, who recently joined Asia Expeditions, has a strong interest in working in the Travel industry.
