How do I book with Asia Expeditions as a travel agent?
Send us your client’s dates, group size, budget range, and interests through our enquiry form or by email. We reply with a draft itinerary and a quote, usually within 3 working days. Revisions are free until the itinerary is right. Once your client confirms, we handle all ground arrangements — guides, drivers, hotels, permits and entrance fees — and you remain the client’s point of contact throughout.
What’s included in a tailor-made quote?
Our quotes cover ground arrangements in the destination: accommodation, private transport with driver, licensed English-speaking guides, entrance fees to the sites on the itinerary, and 24-hour support while your clients are travelling. International flights are not included. Every quote itemises what is and isn’t covered, so there are no surprises later.
How far in advance should I book?
It depends more on availability than on us. Cambodia’s peak season runs from November to February, when the best hotels and guides are booked earliest, so for travel in those months, as much notice as possible helps. Outside peak season, there is usually more flexibility. If your dates are close, ask anyway — send us the dates, and we will tell you what is still available.
Is it better to book a Cambodia tour locally or from overseas?
Booking with a destination management company based in Cambodia means your arrangements are made by the people who will actually deliver them. We contract hotels directly, employ our own licensed guides, and are in the same time zone as your clients while they travel — so if a flight shifts or a road closes, the fix happens on the ground, not through an overseas office. Operators selling from abroad usually subcontract to a company like ours anyway.
